Received an unwanted fax?

If you received a fax you didn't want from the number +1 (720) 698-9328, it was sent by an individual user of ProntoFax, an online fax service. ProntoFax is a relay: we transmit documents on behalf of our users, and we do not write or originate the content of any fax.

We take misuse of our service seriously. Our Terms of Service prohibit using ProntoFax to send unsolicited advertising, harassment, threats, or any unlawful content, and we block senders who violate those terms.

To report an unwanted fax, email legal@prontofax.com and include:

• The fax number that received the fax
• The date and time it arrived (approximate is fine)
• A copy or description of the fax, if you can share one

We review every report. Where our terms have been violated, we block the sender from using ProntoFax, and we cooperate with law enforcement when required.

If you'd like us to block your fax number from receiving any future faxes sent through ProntoFax, say so in your report and we'll add it to our do-not-send list.
